How would i communicate with my students and Parents on a regular basis?
I would use technology like a blog, or google sites. A place where the parents could comment to me about situations there kids are having, problems in the classroom, what homework their child missed, or to inform me of upcoming events in the community. Also it would be perfect for students to be able to submit their homework online, if they where out of school for an extended period of time. You could discuss problems that students are struglling with the night the homework is being worked on, rather than when the kids come to class the next day.
